Privacy Policy

Texas Foam Pro ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, customer portal, and the Texas Foam Pro Field App used by our installation technicians, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Quote and contact information: name, email, phone number, service address, project details, and any photos you upload when requesting an estimate.
• Account information: email address and a hashed password for the customer portal and the technician field app.
• Job site information: photos, signatures, notes, and GPS coordinates captured by our technicians on the job site to document work performed.
• Technician location: while a technician is signed in to the Field App, we collect approximate location, GPS accuracy, and battery status to coordinate routing and confirm on-site arrival. We do not collect technician location while they are not signed in.
• Payment information: when an on-site payment is taken, card data is processed directly by Stripe. We retain only the brand, last four digits, payment status, and a Stripe reference. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use information

• To prepare and deliver spray foam insulation estimates and services.
• To communicate with you about your project, appointments, and invoices.
• To dispatch technicians, document work, and process payments.
• To improve our service, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, for example: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (transactional email), Twilio (SMS confirmations), and Google Maps (geocoding and routing). We do not sell your personal information.

Permissions used by the Field App

• Camera and Photos: capture before, during, and after photos of the work area, plus customer signatures.
• Location (When in Use / Always): show the technician on the dispatch map, confirm geofenced arrival, and route between jobs. The app throttles location collection based on speed and battery level to minimize battery drain.
• Near Field Communication (NFC): on supported iPhones, accept contactless card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments at the job site through Stripe Tap to Pay.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing sales@texasfoampro.com. Technicians may revoke camera or location permission from their device settings at any time, although doing so will limit the app's functionality.

Retention

We retain quote, project, and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and legal obligations. Technician location pings are kept for 90 days for dispatch quality review and then deleted.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
